KLINGEL medical metal acquires Josef Ganter Feinmechanik.

"With the acquisition of Josef Ganter, we are staying true to our growth strategy. We have developed into the development and production partner of leading companies, and we will continue to consistently strengthen and build upon this position and expand our service portfolio for the medical technology sector – but also for our customers in measurement and control technology or in the aerospace sector –, exploit synergies and increase capacities. In doing so we position ourselves even more clearly as a strategic, long-term successful and reliable partner for our customers", said Christoph Lenze and Ralf Petrawitz, both managing directors and shareholders of Klingel medical metal, with confidence. With its specialization and quality philosophy as well as its know-how, Josef Ganter precisely matches our orientation as a partner for the development and production of premium metal components made of hard-to-cut metals for medical technology. But the other sectors, such as measurement and control technology or aerospace, will also benefit significantly from the expansion.
